in defense of DA VINCI CODE
Religious community reacted on the fiction book DA VINCI CODE as blasphemous and the author must be excommunicated from the catholic church, but im here writing in defense of the book as a former seminarian and as an ADVOCATE. certain aspect must be consider, i understand their position-paper, the statement or book published by the church is out FEAR that the foundation might turn into rubles. i am not afraid to be excommunicated or branded as heretic, gone are the burning days.
first thing first, DAN BROWN is a historian by nature, da vinci code has 5 non-fiction resources on which it was patterned, 2 of which is i have "HOLY BLOOD, HOLY GRAIL" and "MESSIANIC LEGACY". if the catholic church need to supressed the DA VINCI NOVEL which was published APRIL 1, 2002, PUTANGINA dapat they should have reacted the sources of the book na na-publish nong 1982(holy blood, holy grail) bakit ngaun lang sila nag react? 10 years ang pagitan mga ka friendster, ka blogspot at kasangga! for simple reason lang, the NOVEL(da vinci code) ay abot kamay ng mahilig sa istorya and it also caters younger generation, while holy blood, holy grail is for academician, historian at syempre friendsterian na din.
the book, IN GODS NAME is somewhat related na din, ang tanong bakit? simpleng sagot, u could see the link of freemasonry,opus dei and the catholic church. P2
going back to DA VINCI, is jesus really married? dito ata nagalit ung author ng anti-da vinci hoax, were in the bible can u find it, eto sagot ko sa mga anti. remember the first miracle he made, water into wine? wedding at the cana. cguro nmn malinaw na.

The anti-author created a scenario not considering the source of the book, with a strict mind that Catholic is the real religion established... well i say "i believe in christ, but not in christianity" because christianity is CHURCHtianity. all of the ANTI-DA VINCI is just an opinion defending the rotten church though the author cannot deny that SHIT HAPPEN!
